University of Arkansas–East Arkansas Community College Partners with Greenway Equipment to Host Jason Aldean Benefit Concert to Fight Hunger

University of Arkansas-East Arkansas Community College (UA‑EACC), in partnership with Greenway Equipment and Jason Aldean, will host a benefit concert on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the UA‑EACC Fine Arts Center in Forrest City, Arkansas. The concert will serve as Greenway’s 8th annual food bank fundraiser and aims to raise funds for three regional organizations dedicated to combating hunger: the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas, the Southeast Missouri Food Bank, and the Arkansas Food Bank. Tickets went on sale to the general public on Wednesday, March 11 at 10:00 a.m. and are available to purchase online at EACC.edu or by calling the UA-EACC Ticket Office at 870-633-4480, ext. 203. Delta Dream Food Pantry

The Delta Dream Food Pantry Mobile Distribution will be Wednesday, April 15th from 9m to 1pm. You must live in Lee County and have an ID. Located on Hwy 1 403 Forest Ave in Marianna.

 

“Speak Lord” Revival

”Speak Lord” Revival will be held April 15-17 at 7 o’clock nightly at Walnut Grove Way of Holiness Church at 130 Wilson Street in Hughes. Guest Revivalist will be Bishop Theodis Cochran Jr. from Memphis. Hosted by Pastor Vaughn & Prophetess Linda Sanders.

Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas to Host USDA Food Distributions in St. Francis County

The Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas will host multiple USDA food distributions in St. Francis County on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at the times listed or until food runs out at the following locations:

Larry S. Bryant Wellness Center

8 – 10 AM

Palestine City Hall

101 Higgins St.

Palestine, AR 72372

9 – 11 AM

Wheatley City Hall

201 N. Memphis

Households are eligible to receive USDA foods once per month and must reside in St. Francis County. USDA foods are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information about the distribution of USDA foods or questions concerning eligibility for this program, contact Natalie Neal at the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas by calling 870-932-3663.
