Just a reminder that there are things to do at the Mississippi State Park. The Visitor Center including exhibit hall and gift shop are open Wednesday-Sunday from 8am - 5pm. Bike rentals are open 8am-4:30pm each day. They can take reservations and payment over the phone. They are now selling worms for fishing. Swim beaches are closed at this time. RV and tent camping are open at Beech Point and Lone Pine campgrounds, Storm Creek Campground is temporarily closed due to construction. The paillion and multi-purpose room are open with limitations. Wynne Downtown Revitalization Committee is sponsoring a Wynne Community Block Party on Saturday, July 31, from 1-6 p.m. on Merriman Street in Wynne.
